Mmmm, popcorn. Did you know that this yummy treat can be used in a simple experiment about the five senses? Try it with your kids! Pop a batch and and write down your observations: What do you see? What do you hear? What do you smell? What does it feel like? And best of all…how does it TASTE?!
You may have guessed it already…but this week (February 19-22) our Kidsplace theme is the Five Senses! Get ready for lots of fun!

OPEN HOUSE COMING SOON!
Coming up in March…our annual Open House! This event will take place March 5, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the school. Do you have friends or relatives who might be interested in Kidsplace? This is a great way for them to check out the classroom, meet the teachers, and sign-up for next year! Ask your teacher re. early pre-registration for returning students.
